Infested lich/warframe idea

Alright so here is my idea, an infested lich that spawns on either deimos in the isolation vault, or on any infested mission of level 30+, this would look like a juggernaut that is carrying an infested body, that looks like a warframe's body, this would spawn with 1 weapon from the infestation weapons (kuva/tenet weapon alternative), after you select your weapon, and stab the thing finally, the body glows and floats up. and the next time you extract you see the helmet of the warframe you have, covered in infestation on the body of this creature, after you kill your lich you have 2 options, convert or vanquish, vanquish works like normal it gives you a weapon, however convert gives you a unique helmet for the warframe, and if its your first time killing it, the warframe itself, this warframe is unique as it has only 2 abilities on its own, however, it lets you select which ability is in which slot with helmenth, the catch, if you equip the helmet that you got from converting it, the other 2 abilities fill in with that progenitors abilities, for example if it was Excalibur, you can have any of Excalibur's abilities, slash dash and exalted blade for this, but the other 2 would be the infestation's abilities.

This would also augment the abilities to be the progenitor's element and would allow for one of the most interesting and customizable warframes, this would also make every variation of this unique. Like the special helmets from early in the game, this would also have certain bonus's each warframe helmet giving a certain bonus but also downside, kinda like the corrupted mods. i'd also like to add that this would have the ability to function like umbra, moving while your in operator form, but to do so you need to forma the warframe 5 times. id like to see this in the game but im not a game designer so i dont know how possible this concept would be, id like feedback to see how the concept can be improved as im only MR 16 and don't know the games ins and outs that well yet
