Empower suggestion - if not already suggested

increases every ability stat by a percentage of your current ability stats(lets say improves each stat by 20%, so mods have a reduced effect on it. say 200% strength -> use empower -> 280% strength. it could also affect every stat differently or have a cap on how much stats it can provide)

- 1 is affected by duration or 2 it could be a whatever the word is for abilitys that dont end until your out of energy

-only self target 

-effected by efficiency

- 1 could effect only the next ability cast or 2 could effect every other ability or 3 links to the next cast ability and improves that ability for its duration(however long that would be)
