Suggestion: Arbitration Mercy System

Since a mercy system was put in place for getting the warframes and arcanes for the Voruna and Citrine updates, it would make since to implement the same system for arbitrations to let players purchase the arbitration exclusive arcanes (Arcane Tanker, Arcane Bodyguard, etc.) with Vitus Essence.

I agree. I probably wouldn’t personally use it, as I have no real need for any of those save maybe tanker, but that would mostly just be to see if I can squeeze more and more out of iron skin then any real practical application, which isn’t much better than the reason I’d want the others being collection and for potential future use if they see any changes
