Enemies Taking Damage After Death

I've encountered this quit a bit after update 11 and have heard some players have also seen it regularly. After an enemy has been killed by an attack that either suspends them in mid air or doesn't knock them over such as Rhino's stomp and the Ignis. The enemy takes the same time to disappear but still takes damage before they disappear. The game still registers it as kill.
