Problem with game colours in relic missions and Loki issue while invisible

I have an issue with the colours in all relic missions. Every environment and warframe colour is a lot less saturated when I am in a relic mission compared to a normal mission. I am providing screenshots to compare. It happens with all frames and the issue seems to go away as I go into operator and then it seems to be fixed for the rest of the mission but its still annoying. I also have an issue with Loki when I go invisible. Everything become yellow-greenish. It does not happen when I go invisible with other frames and this time going into operator mode does not fix the problem when going back to Loki. I have the latest drivers installed so do not know what may be causing the issues.
