Shroud of dynar overrides wrathful advance

While active, the forced crits of shroud of dynar will prevent the crit bonus of wrathful advance from being applied, effectively making the latter useless while both are active. I subsumed kullervo for this, I’d hope to have it work

 

Update: this only occurs if shroud is cast first
