Alchemy pressure valves spawn location

It seems like the pressure valves spawn location is allowed within a certain range, this creates a problem where valves can spawn in nearby rooms that are not necessarely adjacent to the room where we combine the elements. Given the nature of the new tileset generation this can lead to the player needing to make a very long trip to shot 2 valves and then all the way back because the second batch of valves spawned in the correct room (the room where we combined the elements)

The best part is, 90% of the time they are not even marked or they just don't work in general.
