I lost my clan after cross saving Help please

I merged accounts from ps5 to pc so that my ps5 account could be used on pc as my primary. I only got the merge option i did pick my playstation as my primary account. My pc account which was mr 5 said it woudl be deleted etc...My issues

Loggin into pc account i have all of my stuff but my name is the same as it was before

Loggin on playstation nothing has changed

I got kicked my clan that I'm founding warlord on my playstation account. My clan is still active but it says there is no founding warlord

So why do i have two separate accounts essentialy being different  names when i log into my accounts? I thought that i would only have my playstation name as i picked it as primary?
