Panzer vulpaphyla does not use melee attacks when equipped with tandem bond

As the title suggests, tried equipping my panzer with tandem bond only to realize it wasn't melee attacking at all. No matter what melee mods were equipped or what order the mods were equipped in, this error would always occur. It should be noted however that ranged attacks such as viral quills still functioned as normal. Also not entirely sure if this applies to all bond mods as a whole given I don't own all of them, but equipping tenacious bond also caused the same issue so it may be a problem with the bond mod group as a whole.

Can confirm that. I also tried that exact combination (and one with armor strip) to see that Vulphaphyla doesn't use her basic attacks at all. Only mods. 

This actually also brings a point of locking down my companion lifelink recovery to 4 seconds cooldown of viral quill.
