Help. Merge Account Issue.

Hello.

I'll start by saying I am 99% sure I messed up when merging my account. 
As I type this, I am logged into my PC account.

I logged in on the website, set up the cross platform play and set my XBOX account as the primary for the merge since my PC account was level 1 and I did not care for it.
My issue is that as soon as I open the game on my PC it still has my PC account name in game instead of my XBOX name and my clan on XBOX does not recognize my PC id 
which so far has not prevented me from going to the Dojo but I cannot invite clan/alliance members to my missions. I also do not see any alliance members in the chat list on PC when they are active on XBOX.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
