Console-Exclusive Cosmetic Bugs

I'm a Cross-Save player with an account on all four platforms, but only have access to an Xbox. All of.my cosmetics from Switch are available no problem, that being Opals, and even the Opal Imperator Syandana(important). However, when I go to customize my Warframe, not a single Obsidian cosmetic is there, and I own the Deko armor set, as well as the Sedai Syandana. How do I know I still own them? Because I can freely equip them to the Drifter or my Railjack Crew! It's nothing game-breaking, but it's mildly annoying to miss out on something I can still technically access.
