Shockwave MOAs from the hacked spawners should continue along with you between missions

If you hack one of the MOA Cabinet Spawners, and then keep the allied Shockwave MOA alive through the mission to extraction, it should follow you into your next mission. If you keep it alive through that mission, then it should continue following you into the mission after that. Etc. Its level should always scale appropriately to whatever mission you're doing, as if you had hacked a spawner on that mission. This way, you don't have to worry about one you obtained on a level 20 mission dying instantly on a level 50 mission, etc.
