Warframe Trading Cards

i have an idea that would be cool for warframe later on, im not sure if the devs already have this idea in mind later on because of how the mods are currently designed to look like cards but...

 

warframe trading cards- mods, fusions, rares mods, parts for weapons. all with their own redeem code on the card itself

buy a pack of cards for 4 bucks, get a chance to get rare mods.

 

you could also add a part to the ingame UI where it shows your collection of items you got from packs of cards

yeah, if DE expanded into some sort of trading card or other card-based strategy game, I'd be all about it (I'm a fan of Dominion and such, and Pokemon cards were cool back in the day). on the other hand, I'm not really big on card collection solely for the purpose of collecting cards (like baseball cards, are those still a thing?). but I know for example, adventurequest worlds came up with their own card game and had some redeemable in-game items based on the codes you got. but it was a separate, all-inclusive game in itself, not like pokemon or magic where you by multiple packs
