Seems like other people reporting it from other areas (ambassador farm) too so it's a widespread problem. I'm not gonna farm anymore till I see a patch note that adresses this. I saw an Onos BP appearing bottom right and thought I would rotate a few more rounds for a Dante BP, it really dropped and at the reward screen I was greeted with 2 Dantes.
