Max_AKC Posted March 28 Share Posted March 28 (edited) I loaded up Warframe to enjoy the new update, a hotfix was coming but i was on the market and went to buy the new deluxe skin collection for Styanax. It came up with a message saying that "my account had not been charged." I went to try again and buy it which i then realised that my account had indeed been charged, and it gave me the same message. I decided to reboot the game after the hotfix, bought it again and got it the third time, after the hotfix. I bought the collection 3 times, of course i don't want duplicates of the collection but i was charged for two attempts got nothing, just my plat gone into the Void due to a bug. Can i please have the original 590p of my first two attempts to buy the collection refunded back to my account?
