Gyre Kuvael Monarch's skirt doesn't float during Rotorswell

I bought Gyre Kuvael Monarch as soon as the update finished and went straight to the Simulacrum to customize it. As the title states, it turns out that opposed to the default skin, this one's skirt doesn't float during Rotorswell, her 4th ability. It really adds to the ballerina aesthetic, and I hope it's a bug and not a feature considering that Tennogen skins aren't refundable :/

No, don't fix it, please! The main problem I have with Gyre is that the skirt blocks my entire camera when I try to aim at airborne enemies:

This little "bug" solves that problem.

(Alternatively, please make it so that the skirt becomes transparent when aiming up, or give us a toggle to turn the skirt effect off, or just do something so I can aim up when using Rotorswell!)
