The Circuit Boss

Hi! 
So basically we did tons of stages until we got to 1670 points but for some reason we couldn't neither extract nor continue, everyone chose to continue, nothing happened, everyone changed to extract, nothing happened (we could see the boss attacking us as background but couldn't even move). Therefore a teammate had the idea of alt+f4 to force host migration, we did continue on stage but now we faced another problem.... the boss wan't taking damage from parazon at all. 
We were forced to quit and lose 2 hours of progress, I send a message to support but still no reply, I think as a customer I have the right to get those points since I have all documented on videos, but since it shows my email, name of my teammates, I'd prefer to speak with a D.E staff instead of posting here.
