Heavy Attack Wind-up Speed

All mods and passive skills (including Kullervos Passive) increase heavy attack wind-up speed now instead of reducing it (including the aura, which also affects teammates)

Bumping this, indeed when you equip for example amalgam organ shatter the wind up speed goes up instead of down. Wonder whether it's just text glitch or actual effect as well.(as in it actually slows down instead of speeding up wind up speed)

Just tested it real quick, it still reduces the time of the wind up. The bug is only in the text
