Is There a Better Way to Fix This Issue for Future Players

So I was playing a survival with some people on the mission Ophelia and when I accidentally fell in the water trying to grab something and became stuck, i used the /unstuck command once and i ended up where i am in the image, and no matter how many times i used the command (after the cool down) it wouldn't get me out of that platform it would just change the way my camera looked which was inside my warframe. I would just like to know how to fix this for future reference.
