Running a mission as the operator counts as AKF

If you run a mission too long as the operator even if your getting kills it counts you as AFK. There has been many time's I have ran a mission,  especially in the zariman but not exclusive to the zariman , running my operator to level them, for fun or for my operator only challenge where I didn't get end rewards because it unjustly counted me as inactive. Though I do recognize this is a niche problem it still is extremely annoying because it just wastes my time doing a mission.
