Add "Limit FPS when in background" option

Hey DE Team, 

hope someone reads this. Could you add a FPS limiter, when running in the background to Warframe?

This would save a lot of power when running in the background, which of course would save all players (or their families') money as well as be a net saving for the enviroment.

I don't see any downside to this and I would hope it isn't too difficult to implement.

 

You probably know better than me how much AFK'ing the average warframe player does. Imagine the KW/H you could save mother earth and the amount of money as well.
