Not being able to invite or join or even see my friends in game

Today it happened all of a sudden and I wasn't able to join my friends. When they invite me and I try to join it says " host not found" and to them says "player is offline". And in the communication friend's online section my friends arent even showing eventhough they are online in game from PS4 and pc ( they told me via phone call and party). Yesterday there was no issue like that and this bug didn't appear to my friends either but it's only affecting me today eventhough I restarted my game multiple times and have about 12 Mbps network speed and no internet issue
