Clones (Wuclone, Equinox Duality, Specters) do not gain benefit from temporary weapon or warframe buffs (Split Flights, Arcanes, Galvanized Mods, etc.)

This has been a long-standing issue with these clone abilities. Presumably the reason is because they're all based off of an ancient Specter base that pretty much left no room for arcanes since... well, I don't think they existed when specters were being created, so they don't 'accept' buff triggers from those mods.

Funnily enough, anything that affects others does seem to work. Clones can make use of secondary encumber, for instance.

Quick question if your on wukong does the clons utilize primary frostbite since its not kill based

Based on my testing, no, it does not. That functions as a buff to yourself that increases your personal multishot rate. So specters/clones don't seem to benefit. The video is on Equinox, but I also tested it with Wukong and found identical results:

- Despite being a beam weapon, multishot on Phage does manifest multiple beams, making it easiest to see this effect.

- Phage without any multishot has 7.

- At max stacks, with my 4/5 arcane, there should be a +75% multishot bonus, rounding down to 12 beams. 

- However despite letting the clone fire for its lifetime and applying many cold stacks, its number of beams never goes above 7.

For extra frustration, your clone also doesn't seem to proc Shivering Contagion. Even though your companions can.

Considering we just got Equinox Prime and Wukong Prime bundled together as a Prime Access, both frames that can deploy Clones, it would be nice to see this bug addressed, along with the other bug with Clones where they double-reload:
