Grineer Tile in Railjack

I've run into this a few times, mostly on the shipkiller tile, but also in the infested derelict (the objective was blocked by an invisible barrier). I am not sure if this is a Garuda specific thing, a dread mirror thing, or its own thing entirely. There are strange damage issues and invisible barriers.
