Hoping For An Attack Speed Buff On The Dual Kamas?

There's barely any difference between the single kama and dual kama. I'm not mad about the loss of the double V that can be fixed by polarizing. Although both kamas have the same total melee damage, 40 (dual having 6 more slash and less impact and puncture) this is also fine with me, the dual kama will benefit from the slash mod a tiny bit better...I guess 30ish with slash and damaging mods maxed (Pressure Point, Spoiled Strike, and Jagged Edge). Honestly I was hoping the the attack speed wouldn't be the same. I mean you're wielding two now.. shouldn't they be different in speed?
