ManiacDC Posted June 21 Share Posted June 21 The Jade Light Eximus beams fire from above, so Volt's Electric Shield should block it when placed/aimed above the player's head. This does not seem to happen and instead the beam continues to hit the targets below the shield. Prior to this, I know of no cases of any projectiles/beams that can penetrates Volt's Electric Shield. It can even block the Ropalolyst's laser. I see no lore reason the Jade Light Eximus Beams should penetrate Volt's shield. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Turboameeba Posted yesterday at 04:02 AM Share Posted yesterday at 04:02 AM No it shouldnt affect Volt's shields. Abilities rarely affect Eximus units, while they have Overguard. That is how it has always been, with this "newer" Eximus system. Only some armor strips and such do.. If Volt's shields blocked Eximus abilities, it would make it an anomaly amongst other abilities in the game.
