Slam radius hit on Melees doesn't use the displayed status chance.

  1. Sancti Magistar with 100+% status chance
  2. Slam attack enemy without hitting with slam contact hit, just the radius
  3. Doesn't always proc status despite status chance above 100%. In the .gif only the last slam procs a Corrosive status.

Hmmm...

Not sure how you're getting the 100% Status Chance, is it from the Incarnon perk increasing the base to 28% and modding Status on after, or are you modding on enough Status chance that the base 20% hits 100%?

If the former, then that could explain this, because the Slam radial damage and Heavy Slam radial damage got changed recently to be their own thing. (For example, the regular Slam damage is pure Impact, and the Heavy Slam damage is pure Blast on the Sancti Magistar) So the Incarnon might be upping the regular hit Status, and not the radial damage from the Slams.

DE might patch this later, depending on whether it's intended with Incarnon weapons or not.

If the latter... then it's a genuine bug, and DE will definitely patch it later.

I'm building full status chance mod to get from 20% to 100+%

In the first frames, we can see in the weapon menu that I didn't take the evo that increases the base status chance in order to avoid that kind of collision issue.
