Some warframe augment mods in general should be exilus

Here are some examples:

• Atlas Tectonic Fracture. Making 3 walls that break in 5 seconds instead of 1 wall isn't worth normal slot. Doesn't even give you enough walls to effectively control pathing. Just lets you defend a stationary target slightly better if you keep renewing them on each side after they break non-stop. Would be a nice side-enhancement to an otherwise meh ability.
• Loki Hushed Invisibility. It is a frame version of weapon exilus mods Hush and Suppress)
• Nidus Abundant Mutation. Gives you more stacks but also gives the death denial a whole 30 second cooldown which kind of ruins it, so the benefit of more stacks is more for the benefit of ability scaling at the cost of nerfing his survivability.
• Ivara Infiltrate. Niche minor convenience.
• Mag Greedy pull. Minor convenience.
