Combat Discipline Doesn’t Proc Arcane Avenger In multiplayer sessions

It’s as the title says. I have done testing and will include a link to the video of my ps5 capture. Nobody else was running the Aura so I wasn’t getting healed and 2 damage was getting taken away from me everytime I killed someone. The footage is on Circulus on lua and not once did a kill refresh Arcane avengers buff and when I did get Arcane Avenger procs, I was very clearly hurt by an enemy.  I don’t know what is causing this because I did a solo circulus run and it worked just fine. I was using jade in the footage but I subsumed over her 1 so a I wasn’t healing myself.
