CloudPies Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 Orgis, a well know clan exclusive rocket-launcher has a pretty long fire/charge rate, and a reload time that is faster. So I would like to suggest two things, either make charge time lower (faster) or make reload time higher (slower) Based on what: In comparison to what weapon? What niche do you see the ogris in?
