Joining mid match makes me get one shot

So it started after I had a strange loading problem. I tried to start a match but it never started and only gave me the infinite loading screen with the grayed out appearance. I closed my game out because I couldn't do anything. After I restarted my game I was able to join. When I joined a match it already started. It was fine until I went down in a single hit. I was using intros prime with over 5k hp and 600 scarab armor. Even though it put me in the sand form to revive myself I couldn't. No matter how much I attacked enemies it never filled the bar. It only happened when I joined a game not when it starts from the beginning. I did everything except uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.
