Hello, my husband's account has been banned for whatever reason? He hasn't even been on in almost 2 months because we just welcomed our second son into the world, we tried to log in to play together for tennocon stuff and he get a pop up saying his account was banned, yet he hasn't even been on?
He can't make this post himself because he's banned from the forums because he didn't agree with something politically, he's fine with being banned here but his account being banned, but that was almost 4 months ago, he's played between the time he was banned in the forums and now, quite a lot. We only stopped playing these last 2 months because of our son being born. Is there anyone we can talk to about why he was banned, how to get his account reinstated?
