Mechanics bugging

Hi I've been playing for a little over a year now on Xbox I actually love the game but since I completed the new war and the game updated to introduce new mechanics and new things on the star map I've been having a lot of trouble with my jump being buggy when I go to slide and then bullet dash it doesn't bullet jump it bunny hops at half the height of a normal jump and then just now during a conjunction survival my jump was disabled entirely not just the a button because I could still use infect with saryn Prime but the jumping ability was gone I couldn't jump at all! I've cleared my cash I've uninstalled and reinstalled I've toggled on and off the hold to Sprint nothing has fixed my jump/bullet jump issues since Completing New War
