Glitched out the map

I'm not sure if this is really mission-specific, but I was doing the mission 'A man of a few words' on Uranus after helping Clem out. I went underwater to get some salvage and got lost looking for the way out. I thought the hole I went in was the way out (IT WASN'T LOL) and I kind of just fell out of the map. It's not in the clip since it cuts off, but I got teleported back to the part where I jumped on before falling off, and I got stuck in the wall and couldn't get out. I ended up failing the mission because of this, but it was too funny not to share. I never had anything like this happen to me before lol.
