Vasto Incarnon Evolution II base damage not beeing applied with primary equiped

I am currently completing the incarnon on the vasto prime and when looking at the stats of it when chosing the Evolution II, it does nor really match up. The description says +24 base damage, with no primary equipped: +40 base damage. The alternative also increases base damage by 24. When swapping between these two versions, The UI does not show the +24 damage when having a primary equipped, but does show the +40 damage, when no primary is equipped. I obviously don't know in what way it was intended, If I allways get 24 and 40 with no primary, or 64 with no primary equipped, but either way, it does not match up. Also when chosing the deathtrap trigger, the crit stats are shown in the ui, even though they would only be applied after swapping from primary for 3 seconds.

You cannot rely on UI of Arsenal to show you these things correctly 100% of the time. It just wont.
