[TennoGen] Lumis Oculus floats above player's head during Duviri loading screen

Bit of a small thing that I kept on noticing during my time of playing Duviri, so I finally figured it was okay to report it. Unsure if there are other Operator / Drifter cosmetics with this same issue.
