Transference bug on starting mission after quest

After completing the Lotus Eaters quest, I noticed that I was still in the Sanctum Anatomica, and selected an Assassination bounty that was available. During that mission, my transference was bugged: while I could transference out to Operator, transferencing back was disabled, requiring me to deliberately die and eat transference static to return to Warframe. I suspect a "disable transference" flag is not properly being un-set after the quest completes.

Once that mission was done and I returned to orbiter, Operator functionality returned to normal for all future missions.

I had the exact same bug, only in an exterminate mission, but still in Anatomica. I managed to summon my nechramech and could transfer in and  out of it at will, but could only transfer out from but not back into my warframe.

I had this exact issue, turns out this only affects users immediately after the quest, I just did another netracell and didn't encounter this bug again
