Baruuk Desert Wind Augment (Reactive Storm) not working as expected

As the title suggests, the Reactive Storm augment is not working as expected. It has been this way since the Jade Shadows update (36.0). The expected behavior is (this is pulled directly off the wiki) as follows; The "Enemy Weakness" will prioritize Shield weaknesses first if there are shields, then Armor, then Health when there are no shields or armor." That meant that if the enemy had armor, the damage changed to corrosive. If the enemy had shields, the damage changed to magnetic. Only after those got removed did it change to impact, puncture, or slash. The current behavior is that the damage type changes to match the primary enemy weakness without regard to armor or shields. I am unsure if this is a bug or if this is intended behavior.
