Certain charge weapons recharge immediately after cancelling the charge

Some charge based weapons are bugged so that they don't wait for a new input after you cancel their charge.

Steps to reproduce

1. Equip a weapon from the bugged list
2. Charge it any amount
3. Press the context action key to cancel the charge

I tested it with each charge weapon I own and made this list.
