Railjack entities multiplication bug

Hi, i was playing some Railjack missions today, and suddenly i noticed i had two Moas instead of one 😶 roaming around the ship. I didn't think much o fit because it wasn't breaking the game or anything, so... i played a couple more missions and copies of my warframe started showing frozen on random spots along with a third moa that followed me everywhere i went. I didn't notice if the triple Moa thing had any effect on enemies, i was playing the Orphix mission on Venus Proxima and there was too much chaos to notice
