Some decrees related to finishers activate but do nothing on Ash's Blade Storm | The circuit

Ash's blade storm should strike enemies with 3 Finisher attacks, and that's why decrees like Tamm's Fortune (Finisher attacks grant +500 Armor for 10 seconds. Armor boost triples for Warframes.) works.
However, on decrees like Molten Mettle (On Finishers, deal 20%/40%/60% of enemy's maximum Health as a Heat Damage 10m around the target. ) the effect is triggered (meaning there is an heat damage around the target), however that damage will always be 0.

Seems most if not all finisher stuff doesn't work with Blade Storm atm. Protracted Execution from Innodem is broken too.
