The known issue "Reticle is displaced from the center of the screen after player pilots Railjack" (which requires a cert build to fix) can be worked around in the meanwhile:
If you are one of the players affected by this bug (which may be dependent on your resolution/screen aspect ratio):

If your crosshair/reticle is displaced from where it should be on screen after piloting a Railjack, walk to one of the Railjack gun turrets, enter it and, THE MOMENT YOU ARE ABLE TO, exit it again, and it should restore your crosshair/reticle to the proper place.

Staying in the gun turret longer than the minimum amount reduces the chance that this workaround works. You can try it multiple times if it doesn't work the first time.
