When the Vasto is in normal mode you can aim down sights just fine, however when you switch to Incarnon mode, you become unable to aim down sights. Holding the aim down sights button has no effect visually and is unable to activate Galvanized Crosshairs. I am unsure how long this has been the case but I am on PC running the latest version.
