Powerfists and electric procs

So I ran a “new” rank 0 Volt with some 10 capacity builds, credit only guns and no parkouring through Mars to Saturn. I would say the challenge has upped slightly.

One outlier I did notice though is electric procs are weirdly strong against us. One source was the Corpus  treasurer, eho is, to be fair a miniboss of sorts and only shows up if you finished deadlock protocol (which would give you the Xoris if you were really struggling)

The other one though was Grineer powerfists. Common enemies that can warp to you, and slam the ground and easily stack 4-5 electric procs (and Im assuming also hit your companion to chain more damage). Never noticed it way back when but it definitely felt way overtuned in comparison to other enemies
