Game freezes if in a free roam area for too long

I've been playing in both plains of eidolon and duviri and have noticed that the game crashes if i play in the free roam area for too long, this is especially annoying when stacking decrees in duviri as once the game crashes i lose all the decrees I've accumulated and have to start at decree number 1 and becomes extremely annoying when playing on steel path as it's even more difficult to earn decrees and because it takes longer that means the game can build to a crash losing all my progress, this needs an immediate fix asap,

Update:

I went and played public in duviri and by decree number four my game crashed, DE if you're reading this you need to fix these bugs it's killing duviri for me and if it's affecting me I can't be the only one
