Melee Influence don't spread element proc when i make a ONE-HIT-DEATH damage

For example,if my skana deal 999K dmg to a level 1 Grineer, as the Melee Influence activated and trigger the Electric proc, this proc won't spread to nearby enemy.

But if i deal 1000 dmg to a lvl 100 Grineer, The remaining conditions are the same, Melee Influence will work correctly.

Yes thank you for posting this! Experiencing this bug as well. Renders the arcane unuseable for a lot of content. You would have to go deep into level cap for it to proc consistently, if at all.
