Weapon in any Duviri mode got its incarnon adaptor removed.

I was farming my weekly Duviri when I stumbled upon my Laetum and Latron Prime. Cool. Easy run I guess. Until I realized it doesn't have its incarnon adapter installed with it. Even Laetum 1000% damage passive is not working. I aborted the run and rechecked both weapon in arsenal. It got its incarnon installed. Did the dev make any changes that causes incarnon adapter to not be available in Duviri because its too OP or something like that?

They have the incarnon, you just cant see the reticule if not host.
