Didn't get the rank 16 reward from Nightwave

Hi! 

 

Just got to rank 16 on Nightwave and got all the rewards just fine till rank 16 now at this rank the reward screen showed up of me getting the reward

for rank 16 but then I didn't seem to obtain it. Not only that I seem to still be rank 15? I tried relogging after looking at reddit bout this but that

didn't seem to work either 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I check again at the end of it cuz some times getting the reward happens on the second interaction but this time as 

you can see in the clip the reward pops up and I didnt get it.
