Jade's Ophanim Eyes permanently slows squad members

I regularly play Jade, and sometimes (presumably caused by a Radiation status effect) Ophanim eyes will slow your teammates permanently (or if not permanent, lasting way longer than reasonable). The slowness between Operator and Warframe are separate, but both can be slowed to a near complete stall, and do not recover their speed, even after the radiation proc has expired, or even after Ophanim Eyes itself has expired. The only method that seems to remove the slowness is to either die or void out. I think it might also be affecting Armor, but I'm not quite as sure about that part. this whole effect seems especially prominent during Sister of Parvos hunts, as the Sisters can often be carrying guns that deal Radiation damage.
