Enemies Disappear Randomly.

Since the update, I've been noticing that sometimes, enemies will just straight up disappear during combat. It's most noticeable when it happens to hounds/thrawls when farming for murmurs, as they just disappear and their murmur is unobtainable, and simaris targets, as they disappear without getting any simaris standing and simaris doesn't yell at you for killing them.

I'm not sure how the update did anything, but the only thing I've been doing differently since the update is using Sevagoth Prime and Hate Incarnon.

It mostly seems to happen when I heavy attack with the Hate, but it's happened without me doing that, too.
